Eating Disorders Nova Scotia is a community-based organization with an audacious belief; that no one should have to face an eating disorder alone. We know that with treatment and support recovery is possible. We draw upon the lived experience of those who have been through an eating disorder, creating an accessible, welcoming, pro-recovery space and supports that are accessible, validating, and compassionate.
ElevateHER Mental Health Support Services Canada is a not-for-profit organization, providing workshops, events, programming, individual coaching and support services throughout Canada, primarily based in Nova Scotia.

The Self-Help Connection (SHC) is a registered charitable organization established in 1987 to assist Nova Scotians to take control of their health by increasing their knowledge, skills, and resources for individual and collective action.
AVALON SEXUAL ASSAULT CENTRE
We aspire to a world in which individuals are empowered and mobilized to share responsibility in creating communities free from sexualized violence and abuse. We provide a leadership role in raising awareness, supporting those who have experienced sexualized violence, holding sexual perpetrators accountable, and influencing social and systemic change.
HOPE HEALTH CENTRE
Our mission is to make a meaningful contribution to the Halifax community by delivering sustainable and accessible interprofessional health and social services. By complementing existing services, we aim to create a supportive and healing environment that focuses on education, advocacy, and positive social change.
MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION OF NOVA SCOTIA
The Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia is a registered charity that works to increase financial support to community initiatives throughout Nova Scotia while providing hope and eradicating the stigma around mental illness and addiction
CANADIAN MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION: NOVA SCOTIA DIVISION
CMHA is comprised of 87 separate entities; a national leadership body, 10 provincial divisions (one in each province), two special topic Centers of Excellence, and 75 community-based branches across the nation. CMHA mental health and addictions support and services would not be possible without the committed work of over 5,000 staff, along with the involvement of 11,000 community members that include partners, volunteers, and stakeholders
Our facility is available for rent for communities and organizations. It has been used in the past for training sessions, networking events, community events, art and music shows and yoga sessions. We offer a flexible arrangement of chairs and tables. We also have a kitchen available.
